Plumeria Home can be rented with a long rental commitment
of ½–3 years;
can be rented for select limited-time special offers with a shorter rental commitment.
All prices in Thai Baht = THB = ฿
The standard rent is 18,000 Baht/month
for a 1-year rental commitment
(standard occupancy of 1–2 persons).
Please refer to the list below for the key rental terms and discounted prices. These apply when the rental agreement is concluded directly with Baan Sammi. If a house is rented through a real estate agent, the rent is 10% higher (though still below the standard rate).

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT

with a minimum rental commitment of 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(suspended until further notice)
with a minimum rental commitment of 2 months; thereafter
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
