10 — Visiting Baan Sammi — การเข้าเยี่ยมบ้านแซมมี
You are welcome to visit the Baan Sammi property, including the houses for rent, the garden, the bamboo, and the surrounding area. Visits are possible on any day between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., but only by appointment. Please read the following section.

11 — Scheduling an Appointment to Visit — การนัดหมายเข้าเยี่ยมชมบ้าน

If you wish to visit Baan Sammi, please 

● be sure to specify a precise date and an exact or approximate arrival time; please also provide alternative dates and your preferences (e.g., viewing a particular house), if applicable; 

● notify Khun Sam, Khun Thammarat, or Khun Dieter of your visit at least 1 day in advance via email, contact form, or Facebook Messenger; we will respond via email or Facebook Messenger (but usually not by phone) within 24 hours to confirm the date and time;

● should you prefer making arrangements by phone or voice call (via WhatsApp or Line), please contact Khun Thammarat (phone number above) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. daily; if he is unavailable, he will call you back.

12 — Viewing and inspecting houses that are available to rent immediately or in the near future

● If a house is unoccupied and not yet let, the interior and exterior can be viewed and inspected.

● If a house is offered for rent in the near future, but the current tenant is still in residence, the interior can only be viewed upon prior consultation with the current tenant and only on a mutually agreed date and time. This usually requires 5–7 days in advance to coordinate with the current tenant.

● The exterior and surroundings of a house may be viewed at any time, provided that a distance is maintained from the house that does not infringe upon the tenant's privacy.

13 — Location of Baan Sammi — ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งบ้านแซมมี
The distance is 10 mi (15 km) northeast of the city of Chiang Mai, or 11 mi (18 km) from the old town of Chiang Mai (e.g., Tha Phae Gate), or 4 mi (7 km) from the Doi Saket district center. Baan Sammi is located in the countryside, between two villages, Ban Pa Tio and Ban Pa Yang Poi.
