Dillenia Home = Dillenia Bungalow + Chom Doi Pavilion
(1–2 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms)

Can usually be rented with a long rental commitment for ½–3 years;
can be rented for select limited-time special offers with a short rental commitment for less than 6 months.
The standard rent is 15,000 Baht/month
for a 1-year rental commitment
(occupancy of 1–2 persons).

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT
(1–3 years)
Special rental rate: 12,500 Baht/month(1–3 years)
with a minimum rental commitment for 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
(2) — LONG-TERM RENT
(½ year)
Special rental rate: 12,900 Baht/month(½ year)
with a minimum rental commitment for 6 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first three months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
(3) — SHORT-TERM RENT
(3 months)
Special rental rate: 13,400 Baht/month(3 months)
(suspended until further notice)
with a minimum rental commitment for 3 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
(4) — SHORT-TERM RENT
BOOKING THROUGH AIRBNB ONLY
(1 month or 28 nights):
Standard rent is 15,500 Baht/month, Airbnb discount applies.
(suspended until further notice)
with a rental commitment for 28 nights; thereafter,
with the option to extend if required.
The Airbnb rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity, 2 room cleanings: after 2 weeks and a final cleaning).
No security deposit is required.
