Can usually be rented with a long rental commitment of ½–3 years;
can be rented for select limited-time special offers with a short rental commitment of less than 6 months.

The regular rent is 15,000 Baht/month
for a 1-year rental commitment
(occupancy of 1–2 persons);

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT
(1 year)

Special rental rate: 9,900 Baht/month
with a minimum rental commitment of 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(2) — LONG-TERM RENT
(½ year)

Special rental rate: 11,400 Baht/month
with a minimum rental commitment of 6 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first three months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(3) — SHORT-TERM RENT
(3 months)

Special rental rate: 12,800 Baht/month
(valid from 1 Jan. 2026 until 15 Nov. 2026)
with a minimum rental commitment of 3 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(4) — SHORT-TERM RENT
(1–2 months)

Special rental rate: 13,400 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 15 Feb. 2026)
with a minimum rental commitment of 1 month; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity),
To be paid fully in advance; no security deposit applies.

with a rental commitment of 3–5 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(4) — SHORT-TERM RENT

(2 months):
Regular rent is 12,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,500 Baht/month
(from 1 Oct. 2025 onward)
with a rental commitment of 2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be reduced to 5,000 Baht.

(4a) — SHORT-TERM RENT

(2 months):

with a rental commitment of 2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.

(5) — SHORT-TERM RENT
for an occupancy of 1 person

(1–2 months, minimum is 1 month):

Special rental rate: 10,900 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 15 Feb. 2026)
with a rental commitment of 1–2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs

To be paid fully in advance; no security deposit applies.

(6) — SHORT-TERM RENT
for an occupancy of 2 persons

(1–2 months, minimum is 1 month):
Regular rent is 13,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 11,500 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 15 Feb. 2026)
with a rental commitment of 1–2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
