SHORT-TERM RENT (1)

(3–6 months):
Regular rent is 12,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,300 Baht/month
from 2 Apr. 2025 onward
with a rental commitment of 3–6 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the rent of the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

SHORT-TERM RENT (2)

(1–2 months, minimum is 1 month):
Regular rent is 13,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,900 Baht/month
from 2 Apr. 2025 onward
with a rental commitment of 1–2 months.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity).

To be paid fully in advance; no security deposit applies.
