Lychee Lodge can be rented on a long-term or short-term basis
(occupancy of 1–2 people).
All prices in Thai Baht = THB = ฿
Please refer to the list below for the most important rental terms and prices. These are discounted prices that apply when the rental agreement is concluded directly with Baan Sammi. If a house is rented through a real estate agent, the rent is 10% higher (though still below the standard rate).

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT
(1–3 years):
Standard rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,800 Baht/month
(from 1 Jul. 2026 onward)
with a minimum rental commitment of 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
Standard rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,800 Baht/month
(from 1 Jul. 2026 onward)
with a minimum rental commitment of 12 months.

and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

To be paid in full in advance, no security deposit applies.
