(1) — LONG-TERM RENT
(1–3 years):
Standard rent is 11,800 ฿/month.

The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs

Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

The rental rate includes ALL ancillary rental costs

bi-monthly room cleaning).
To be paid in full in advance; no security deposit applies.

Special rental rate: 13,400 ฿/month
