can be rented on a long-term or short-term basis

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT

(1–3 years):
Regular rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,500 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)
with a minimum rental commitment of 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(2) — LONG-TERM RENT

(6–9 months):
Regular rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,500 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)
with a minimum rental commitment of 6 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first four months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(3) — LONG-TERM RENT

(4–5 months):
Regular rent is 12,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,700 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)
with a rental commitment of 4–5 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the first three months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(4) — SHORT-TERM RENT

(3 months):
Regular rent is 12,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,900 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)
with a rental commitment of 3 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(4a) — SHORT-TERM RENT

(2 months):
Regular rent is 12,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,900 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 31 Jan. 2026)
with a rental commitment of 2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity).
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.

If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the security deposit will be waived.

(5) — SHORT-TERM RENT
for an occupancy of 1 person

(1–2 months, minimum is 1 month):
Regular rent is 13,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 10,900 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 31 Jan. 2026)
with a rental commitment of 1–2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity).

To be paid fully in advance; no security deposit applies.

(6) — SHORT-TERM RENT
for an occupancy of 2 persons

(1–2 months, minimum is 1 month):
Regular rent is 13,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 11,500 Baht/month
(valid from 15 Nov. 2025 until 31 Jan. 2026)
with a rental commitment of 1–2 months; thereafter,
with a month-by-month extension if required.
The rental rate includes all ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi, electricity).

To be paid fully in advance; no security deposit applies.
