(1) — LONG-TERM RENT
(1–3 years):
Standard rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,500 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)
with a minimum rental commitment for 12 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice)
and room cleaning is not included.
Security deposit equals 1 month's rent.
If you pay the first six months' rent in advance, the security deposit will be waived.
Standard rent is 11,800 Baht/month.
Special rental rate: 9,500 Baht/month
(from 1 Feb. 2026 onward)

with a rental commitment for 2 months; thereafter,

bi-monthly room cleaning).
To be paid in full in advance, no security deposit applies.
(7) — SHORT-TERM RENT

No security deposit is required.
