Can usually be rented with a long rental commitment of ½–3 years;
can be rented for certain limited special offers with a short rental commitment of less than 6 months.
The regular rent is 15,000 Baht/month
for a 1-year rental commitment
(occupancy of 1–2 persons);

(1) — LONG-TERM RENT: 3 years:
Special rental rate: 9,900 Baht/month
with a minimum rental commitment of 36 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 3× 1 month's rent.
After the first year of rental, the deposit amounting to 1 month's rent will be refunded;
after the second rental year, a further refund will be made in the same amount.
If you pay the rent for the first one and a half years in advance, the deposit will be waived.
with a minimum rental commitment of 24 months.
The rental rate includes ancillary rental costs
(e.g., tap water, Wi-Fi),
but electricity is charged extra (govt. PEA invoice).
Security deposit equals 2× 1 month's rent.
